Meenu Mamgain, the technical highflyer at AAA is a highly experienced animator skilled in loads of animation software including Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya 3D, Blender, Real Flow, Nuke, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Looking back, Meenu always had a passion for visual arts right from her childhood which organically progressed into her, pursuing a master’s in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. In the initial days of her career, she engaged with the all aspects of the process flow; right from conceptualizing, designing, and quality assurance. This holistic exposure sparked a keen interest in execution workflow setting a strong foundation for her future endeavors at various organizations. Being a highly ambitious person, it was tough to satiate her creative hunger working in a closed ecosystem. This sparked her desire to start up and as the universe would have it, her friend and colleague Riya had something similar brewing in her mind. That’s how AAA was born

Once set free, Meenu took great pains to make AAA what it is today- a technical trendsetter in the animation industry. She leads the charge with operations management and production efficiency enhancement amongst other vital activities. Due to her potent mix of experience and undying passion, she has an impressive track record of leading various complex projects with resounding success. Meenu constantly keeps researching the latest tech and toying it out to keep AAA ahead of the curve.

Being an avid on-ground animator herself, she loves creating a work environment where her co-animators feel free to experiment and explore life outside work. As for herself, she travels and captures food photography to recharge herself from the hustle.

Riya Dhoundiyal is a powerhouse of ambition and imagination. With a degree in journalism and mass communication along with an interest in storytelling and building meaningful connections, Riya launched her career in public relations. Here, she learnt the trade collaborating with prestigious brands and prominent figures, setting the stage for a purposeful career. Later, after a short stint in the fashion industry, her next sojourn was into film production.

Film production was highly rewarding for her in terms of exposure and experience, but there was always something missing—a space for her to give wings to her unbridled creative urge. And so, she took the leap and founded AAA with her friend & colleague Meenu. And the rest is History in Progress.

At AAA, Riya does what she always loved to do; make her clients realize the true power of animation and other audiovisual mediums. Riya leads with her execution expertise in managing projects like a pro and ensuring the highest quality in each creative. In addition, she actively involves herself in setting the artistic vision of Art Attack Animation which go on to become the industry trends. Riya’s mastery speaks for herself; managing visuals of high-profile brand campaigns; curating virtual animated experiences and many more. Today, she is recognized as a rising leader in the rapidly evolving animation industry due to her knack for innovating and pushing the boundaries.

Outside work, Riya gets lost in books and explores nature trails. Oh, and how could we forget to mention that she’s a fanatic of Japanese and Korean cuisine? Ramen, Gimbap, and Gyoza are her absolute favorites!
